Under the visionary direction of Adam W. McKinney, the show will showcase a star-studded lineup of 20 guest appearances from various fields, including sports, local politics, and television. This year's roster includes noteworthy personalities from the region who add a special touch to the production, making it an engaging event for audiences of all ages. McKinney excitedly shares, “We absolutely love having local celebrities guest star in our Pittsburgh version of ‘The Nutcracker.’ We select a variety of guest stars from different fields such that there is interest for all audience members."


Fans of local sports will be delighted to spot Charlie Batch, former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback and founder of the Best of the Batch Foundation, gracing the stage on December 5 along with his wife, Latasha Wilson-Batch, who serves as the Executive Director of the foundation. Each performance will feature different personalities, including prominent local news anchors, social media influencers, and even a few faces from the popular reality show, “Dance Moms.”



The complete list of stars includes KDKA-TV anchors Megan Shinn and Daisy Jade, Allegheny County Controller and Pittsburgh Mayor-Elect Corey O’Connor, WTAE-TV’s Chandi Chapman, and Miss Pennsylvania 2025, Victoria Vespico.


Additionally, several alumni from “Dance Moms” will also be making appearances, including fan favorites such as Brooke Hyland, Chloe Lukasiak, and Kendall Vertes, ensuring a nostalgic experience for fans of the show. The event will also be graced by Virginia Vespico and Amanda Neatrour, Mrs. Pennsylvania 2024, who will captivate audiences with their charm.

The production features hundreds of colorful characters adorned in 150 elaborate costumes, a Christmas tree that, through the magic of stagecraft, grows to an impressive 15 times its size, and over 30 mesmerizing magic tricks performed by a professional magician.
