Chefs from Brooklyn's Barclays Center, a culinary talent from San Diego, and other helpers from places like Arizona and Colorado all unite to create a dynamic cooking environment. Their enthusiasm is palpable as they prepare for the whirlwind of festival activity. "My favorite part about Musikfest is the people," Marble shares, highlighting the unique blend of culinary skills that come together in creating exceptional dining experiences for the headliners.



In just the first two days of the festival, Marble’s kitchen team has already processed an impressive 946 pounds of pork, showcasing the sheer volume of food needed to cater to the demands of the event. The sheer scale of food preparation can be overwhelming, as Marble reflects on the stress and intensity of working under such tight timelines. "It can be a lot, and it can be stressful; everybody gets tired, and sometimes we get a little grumpy. But we keep pushing through," she admits. The zealous spirit and commitment to excellence from Marble and her team ensure that even amidst the chaos, quality and taste remain a priority.


As night falls and the performances kick off, the energy reaches a fever pitch. Major acts take the stage, drawing in large crowds ready to celebrate the joy of music.
