Live With Regis & Kelly is a syndicated television talk show, hosted by Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa featuring phone-in contests, and celebrity guests. It is produced by Michael Gelman. Before 2001, the show was known as Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, with Kathie Lee Gifford co-hosting with Philbin.

On February 29, 2000, Gifford decided to leave the show amidst several personal scandals. Her last day was July 27, 2000. Philbin wanted to continue with the show and also wanted to search for another co-host. The show was renamed Live with Regis, as Philbin hosted alone or with varying guest hosts. Since Ripa was named the permanent co-host in 2001, the show's ratings have increased to much higher levels. It was announced on January 16, 2007 that Live with Regis and Kelly has been renewed through the 2010-2011 season. Regis will have heart bypass surgery in March and be out about 5-6 weeks.
